1. Parties

This contract is concluded between the company referred to as "Seller" OOBHOST Company1, and the customer referred to as "Buyer". The parties to the contract shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Parties". This contract, together with all associated attachments and annexes, constitutes a whole for the provision of access services, the regulation and determination of mutual rights and obligations between the Parties. The Parties have jointly read, understood, and accepted all annexes of this contract. This Agreement has been prepared in duplicate in the usual manner, and when one of the parties confirms the returned copy to the seller, the provisions of the contract will come into effect.

2. Subject

The Seller undertakes to sell to the Buyer for a specified fee, and the Buyer undertakes to pay this fee. OOBHOST Company undertakes to facilitate your payment process by providing you with the most suitable and reliable options for your payment transactions.

4.2. The Parties,

5. Warranty
